For some folks, there is nothing more exciting and memorable than a chance to drive a real race car.  Our Gift Certificates may be used as full tuition for the program named in the purchase or the bearer may upgrade, apply the certificate value to a higher level program and simply pay the difference.  Any upgrade must be declared when registering/reserving your spot for a specific school date.  We schedule schools March-October at Elk City Motorsports Park and plan to offer 2-3 dates per month in 2024 on week nights and weekends.  More dates will be scheduled as demand requires. 

All FRX programs include 30 minutes or more of "classroom" instruction prior to your track time and 2 orientation laps on your first driving session that do not count towards your lap total. 

Your damage deposit and any balance for your program fee are due and payable on the day of your school, prior to the start of your classroom session.  A Fauver Racing Xperience Gift Certificate has no cash value and is non-refundable.  However, it is fully transferable and never expires. 

AN ADDITIONAL DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED 
A $500-$2,500 cash or credit/debit card damage deposit is required prior to the start of your program. The deposit amount varies with car type and program level.  In the controlled environment of a racing school, crashing is a rare occurrence, but it can happen.  The student/driver is responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to FRX or track facilities and equipment caused by driver error.  To cover these costs, the student is required to post a refundable damage deposit.  In addition, a standard pit pass waiver and statement of health, safety and financial responsibility must be signed by all FRX participants. The driver (or minor driver’s legal guardian) is always responsible for any crash expenses that exceed their damage deposit. 

You may purchase your gift certificate with or without the required damage deposit.  All damage deposits are fully refundable upon the safe completion of your program with no crash damage to FRX car(s), facilities or equipment.  Cash deposits are refunded immediately after your program is safely completed.  Credit/debit card deposits are refunded by us within 3 business days of the safe completion of your program, but may take a few days longer to credit to your account depending on your financial institution. 

HOW TO PAY:  We use PayPal to process payments.  You DO NOT need a PayPal account and may pay with any, major debit or credit card.  After entering your information on the checkout page, simply click the yellow PayPal button to open the payment window and select "Pay with debit/credit card".  

NOTE:  Some, personal safety equipment is available to use at no cost (helmets & fire suits) but it is best to bring your own.  Use of our "loaner" suits and helmets constitutes acceptance on your part as to the condition of said equipment and the level of protection provided by same equipment.  Drivers must be in reasonably good health and at least 12 years old.  Minors must have a legal parent or guardian with them.

YOU MUST BE 100% SOBER (at the time of your program) TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EXPERIENCE & WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN DOCUMENTATION ATTESTING TO THAT FACT!  AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF FRX STAFF, ANY INDICATIONS OF INTOXICATION OR BEING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ANY MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCE WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BARRED FROM DRIVING and FORFEITURE OF ALL MONEY PAID.  

You will receive an email confirmation of your registration along with a link to print out your Gift Certificate.  Your gift certificate is NON-REFUNDABLE but may be gifted to another person or applied to a future date should you be unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances.
