2023 ECMP Banquet Tickets

Let's Have Some Fun!

You may pre-purchase your banquet tickets here for $25 per person or pay $30 per person at the door.  If you prefer to pre-purchase with a check or cash, we can make arrangements to meet at your work in Elk City or at our new track office on Route 66.  Just call Joe McConnell at 423-888-6409 to arrange a time before Fri. Dec. 8th.

Tickets include admission, buffet dinner, soft drinks and beer.  No one will leave hungry!  Please BYOB for anything else you would like to drink (liquor, etc.).  We'll have the grill(s) going, so feel free to bring any specialty meat you would like to throw on the fire.  No, you don't get a discount if you bring your own meat. LOL

NOTE:  This store uses PayPal (as our bank) to process credit/debit cards but you DO NOT need a PayPal account to checkout.  Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email receipt confirming your reservation.  Simply print out that email and bring it with you the night of the banquet to get your wristbands.
