WHAT IS TEAM DIRT DOG?
Team Dirt Dog is a pretty simple program. We want qualified racers to act as our brand ambassadors and local distributors. If you are accepted, you're allowed to buy Dirt Dog Gear Merchandise at wholesale in any quantity (10 tees, 6 hats, etc.). You buy wholesale, sell at retail and keep the profit each night. We'll even personalize our merchandise with your team logo for no additional cost!

Here's the catch. We only allow one distributor per track or series, so there is an initial, minimum deposit or "buy in" of $500 to lock in your "territory" and wholesale discount level. Every penny of your deposit goes towards your first wholesale order. After that, each wholesale order only needs to meet the minimum order total for your program level ($150 per order for Distributors, $250 per order for Merchant Accounts and $500 for Bulk Commercial). After four years of running this program, we've found that $500 is the minimum amount of inventory one should start with. Any less, and you simply won't have enough variety to offer your customers (designs, sizes and colors).

For most racers, a "product sponsorship" now amounts to little more than 10-20% off retail pricing and maybe a contingency award in exchange for displaying their decals on your vehicle. As a member of Team Dirt Dog, we'll give you contingency awards and a whopping 33-60% discount for doing the same thing! Plus, we provide our racers with the added credibility of a national sponsor, a full season of free, global PR on Dirt Dog Media (press releases, graphic design, video editing and distribution) plus a host of additional services and discounts.

For the average local or regional racer, one year of PR with Team Dirt Dirt will increase your exposure 10x to 50x over what you would generate on your own. WHAT MAKES OUR MERCHANDISING PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
We now offer over 2,000,000 possible choices of garments, sizes, colors, designs, logos and sleeve prints and will double our product offering in 2018.  What makes this program unique is that we allow you to buy ANY quantity of each design, garment or product at wholesale. The idea is for you to have a wide variety of ever changing merchandise in small quantities.

1. Variety attracts more customers, increases your average sale amount and generates more repeat business. (Most folks aren't going to buy three copies of the same shirt, but they will buy three different Dirt Dog designs with your name on them.)

2.  Small inventory quantities reduce overstock, allow you to frequently restock with fresh, new designs and increase sales by training the customer to "buy it now" because you might not have it next week.

3.  CUSTOMIZE IT! You can now turn our designs into your Team Apparel by personalizing some or all of your Dirt Dog Gear with custom sleeve prints and/or by replacing the Dirt Dog logo with your name/car # or team logo. As a member of Team Dirt Dog, you will not be charged the extra customization fees like our retail customers. You pay the same, wholesale price for customized or "off the rack" merchandise and can mix and match in any quantities! To accomplish this, we simply need you to pay a low, one time, set up fee or increase your initial "buy in" as outlined on the application page.  For most racers, our custom logo option is a much more flexible, lower risk and higher profit alternative to buying a large quantity of traditional "driver shirts".

Team Dirt Dog members can use our merchandise for sponsor gifts, online contests and event prizes plus make money by selling at their events.

Team Dirt Dog Requirements:

Well maintained, sharp looking race car/bike/truck/kart
Top 10 capable machine & driver (Convince us you've got talent even if your record doesn't show it.)
Must be Fan Friendly (no jerks or prima donnas!)
Willing and able to follow instruction and give extra effort for extra rewards
Ability to immediately lock in your position (upon acceptance to TDD) by opening a Wholesale Account. You do this by placing a minimum $500 deposit. Every penny of your deposit goes towards wholesale merchandise.
Commitment to email us brief updates with race results every week you race.
To be eligible for year end bonus awards, you must have ordered at least $1,000 in wholesale product during the calendar year in addition to your initial buy in/deposit. ($1,000 = selling approximately 10-15 tees/hats/hoodies per month during a 6 mos season).

WHAT YOU DO:

Represent and sell Dirt Dog Gear at your races and on your social media (buy wholesale and sell at retail).
Display our Team Dirt Dog graphics or stickers on your car/bike/truck and trailer (conditions apply)
Generate positive exposure for the Dirt Dog brand online and at the track
IMPORTANT: In order to maximize your profits, it is critical that you have permission from the track owner and the extra personnel to set up a tent/booth/trailer in or near the grandstands. Just selling out of the pits is OK, but you will earn 3-5 times more if you can access the fans.
